BREAKING! BREAKING!! BREAKING!!! BARR. OGIE CHAIRS 2024 JCI TEN OUTSTANDING YOUNG PERSONS OF NIGERIA, INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY CELEBERATION

Speaking to the gathering at the Main Auditorium Hall, Choice Gate Hotel and Suites, Nneka Street, Off Ugbor Road, G.R.A, Benin City, Edo State, South-South, Nigeria Barr. Osasu Omoragbon who stood in for Barr. Osarodion Ogie the immediate past SSG of Edo State Government and presently the Deputy Gubernatorial Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) of the Edo State September 21^st, 2024 governorship election as the chairman of 2024 Junior Chamber International (JCI) TOYP TEN OUTSTANDING YOUNG PERSONS OF NIGERIA) and International Youth Day Celebration with the theme: From Clicks to Progress, Youth Digital Pathway for Sustainable Developments states that time was when the entire globe faced great challenges that critically threatened the future of the planet earth and the wellbeing of the generations yet unborn adding that the forests dwindled, the oceans rose and several persons struggled to meet up with their basic needs. 

Furthermore, he avers that this was a time when mankind did stand at a cross roads searching for a way forward that would best ensure a more sustainable future for all and sundry. Furthermore, he states that something extraordinary did begin to happen as a new generation emerged with evolution of technology appeared with a lighting speed adding that this generation that is gathered at the venue today grew up with digital tools at their hands and he also added that they are digital natives equipped with knowledge and skills to change a dying globe. 

He states that with smartphones, laptops, internets at the fingertips of the young persons, they begin to chart a new pathway that is leading to a more sustainable future adding that they know that the qualms are great, as they also know that the potential is limitless. He states that these young persons are innovators with high creativity and as well as technological knowledge with which they begin to develop new solutions to solving world’s hassles and he avers that some created Apps that helped people to reduce waste, while others designed platforms that connected farmers with markets with sustainable produce. 

He forecloses by telling that they are the writers of the story, the choices they make, and the actions they take and as well as innovations they create shall actually determine how the tale finally ends. Speaking with Iconblazemagazineonline the Executive Director of Indomitable Youth Organization Dr. Bright Oniovokuko who pleasantly represented Comrade Dr. Jude Obasanmi at the Junior Chamber International Nigeria (JCI) awards to Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Nigeria and he did not disappoint the teeming crowds with his lucid deliveries of lecture which is well researched. 

Speaking further, he states that Nigeria is a great nation with great people adding that the youths that are involved in wrong vices of evil activities in the land should turn a new leaf by using their talents for excellent applications that enhance and promote progress for all and sundry. Speaking with Iconblazemagazineonline the very first awardee Mr. Oladapo Olukayode Kehinde, a computer science teacher at Molusi College, Ijebu Igbo, Ogun State, South West, Nigeria, states that he is quite gladdened to be so honoured with an award by JCI TOYP of 2024 adding that he has garnered a handsome 17 years experiences as a computer science teacher and he also added that his messages to the young persons are that they should be pragmatic with the right pedigrees at all times. 

Speaking with Iconblazemagazineonline the Executive Director of Connected Advocacy for Empowerment and Youth Development Initiative Prince Israel Orekha states that the inspiration that spurred  him up is environment, that environment is part of life of all and sundry, but, since everyone lives in an environment that the said environment needs to be protected both locally and internationally as regards  how the environment is affecting the human existence averring that the knowledge gap is huge that really has to be brought back from the unknown to the known.

Furthermore, he states that he wishes to thank the JCI Community for identifying him although he avers that he is the kind of person that does not like noise, but, that since his work speaks for him, therefore, he is profusely thanking the JCI group for honouring him with the awards to him adding that his messages to them are that they should keep doing the good work they are presently performing towards enhancing humanity in all ramifications.  

The awards awarded to the awardees are presented by the National President of Junior Chamber International Nigeria JCI TOYP Sandra Ekene and also with the Edo State JCI President Eson Blessing. The elegant dark Ebony lady the President of Dial-A-Meal served out a well prepared delicacies to the audience with her staff displaying good mien and candour to the guests.
