Speaking to the uncommon crowds at lions international district 404A3 at the Investiture of Lion Engr. Oluwole Olabode MJF, NLCF as the 43^rd President of Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club, installation of other club officers and induction of new members 2024-2025 lion year the R.T Hon. Speaker of Ondo State House of Assembly Olamide Oladiji a.k.a Landmark deftly and critically states that the citizenry should not completely rely on government averring that the citizenry should imbibe the heavily spirit of selfless services to humanity as the Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club at OLAC Oluwole Lions Activity Centre, Along Ibeshe Road, Ikorodu, Lagos, South West, Nigeria, has pleasantly extended the hands of priceless services to all and sundry. 

Furthermore he states that giving is not easy, but, be that as it may that Holy Bible clearly preaches that “Givers Do Not Lack” hence he pragmatically and assiduously goads all and sundry to begin into have a mindset of affecting peoples life no matter how small the love may be. Furthermore he resonates that the newly investiture 43^rd  President of Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club has the unflinching  capacities to pilot the affairs of the club to an enviable heights for the public good of all and sundry adding that he employs everyone to objectively support Lion Engr. Olabode with all the projects earmarked for this 2024-2025 lion year RT. Hon Speaker Oladiji a.k.a Landmark states that he particularly came to cheer and congratulate his old college mate of St. Joseph Catholic College, Ondo State of 1980-1985 set (Lion Engr. Olabode) as he begins to steer the wheel of progress for all and sundry averring that he is available for the Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club at all given times. 

He also thanked all the members of St. Joseph Catholic College for the uncommon show solidarity to one of them (Lion Engr. Olabode). Speaking to the audience the outgoing 42^nd President Lion Temitayo Odubanjo NLCF raises his voice to thank the God of love and peace for the enablement with which he and his exco members piloted the affairs of the club to a remarkable pedestals in the last one year of 2023-2024 lion year. He states that he wishes the incoming president lion Engr. Olabode all the best of celestial coverages for greater heights of another remarkable and eventful one lion year 2024-2025 to witness selfless services to mankind. 

Speaking to the gathering the chairman of the event Mr. Femi Alao but, he is largely represented by Mr. Charles Osuntuyi who pleasantly delivered a well lucid remarks of inspiring words of encouragement to members of Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club to continue to keep the flag flying higher at all times with the streaks of selfless services to humanity as he wishes the 43^rd President Lion Engr. Olabode, the blessings upon him and his excos. 

Speaking to the audience as the guest speaker the Director General and Chief Executive Officer (DG/CEO) Chartered Institute of Director Nigeria Bamidele Alimi states that he has personally carried heavily researches at the Lions International Club particularly Ikorodu Doyen Club and that his uncommon researches revealed to him that they are extremely poise to continually render selfless services to humanity in all ramifications. He resonates that they have been the lives of downtrodden masses in several ways as they recently did pediatric cancer awareness campaign and other tangible human per capita applications as he avers that he is a Rotarian and that the motto of rotany is “SERVICE ABOVE SELF” and that in similar manner that rotany and lions club are deftly and pragmatically touching the lives of vulnerable of the society.  

He goads all members of Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club to continue to champion the promotion of selfless services to all and sundry regardless of whose Ox is gored. Speaking with Iconblazemagazineonline the newly investiture 43^rd President Lion Engr. Olabode states that he is highly delighted to be elected to the position of 43^rd President of Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club averring that it has been his wishes from his childhood to serve humanity. Furthermore, he submits this position shall heavily afford him the opportunities to touch various lives, as he says that he is quite happy seeing many people around him as he begins the stewardship serves to all and sundry. 

Speaking again he states that Presidency of Lions Club is a duration of one year, during this one year, they have eight courses which include youths engagements which they have already done, trees planting for securing the environment which they have already done at Agbala Health Centre this year and that other projects they shall be doing this year is called “vision awareness” which shall begin next month October 2024 and that this year vision awareness will be done at Melphat Private School, Ikorodu adding that during the exercise of vision awareness that they would distribute glasses to those who cannot afford it and they would distribute close to 400-500 glasses. 

He adds that they have corrective eye glasses and as well as carry out cataract surgeries for those that cannot afford it, because it is an expensive venture. He adds that this year their aim is to carry out about 15 to 20 cataract surgeries. He adds that they also have diabetes awareness as part of lions club global awareness this year, that they also have Helen Keller issues that deal with blindness as they are willing to affect those with the said blindness positively. 

He adds that about two years ago they did give out brail machine to blind people and that this year again they will still give out the said brail machines to them.He adds that there are other good things they pragmatically carryout at the Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club to sincerely affect humanity in all ramifications. 

He avers again that they are going to repeat most of the programs that they already performed because these are what they do year in, year out as the international aspect of lions club is heavily intervening with Ikorodu Doyen Lions Clubs as they have collaborated by building a fleet of healthcare facility at Agbala Health Centre that has gulped up to N86M from their wallet and that they have equipped it with medical facilities and as well as generators, air conditioners et’al. 

The newly Investiture 43^rd President of Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club states that  the Holy Bible quotes that giver never lack as he added that the Late Chief MKO Abiola stipulated that the hands that give is always on top and that it is a passion for them to positively serve humanity, not that because they are super rich with monies as in millions, but, that there are about 65 members in numbers at Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club, and that when each of them contributes say about a N100,000:00 that from that pool of monies they are ready to provide priceless and selfless services to mankind generally. 

He avers that lions club international is not a political party. He resonates that lions club international is about providing priceless and unimaginable services for the downtrodden mass, as they are assisting the government in a positive parlance with the services they render freely to the peoples. He avers that they give out goods to people every year and as well as assist at redeeming disaster affected areas with various kinds of financial and material support. Speaking with Icoblazemagazineonline the Hon. Executive Vice Chairman of Ondo West Local Government Area Alhaji Oluwole Bashiru a.k.a Bantolee states that he is mandated to read the citation of the RT. Hon. Speaker of Ondo State House of Assembly Hon. Oladiji a.k.a Landmark because they were classmates at St. Joseph Catholic College, Ondo State of 1980-1985 set averring that both of them have remained man Friday to each other. 

He further states that they came to Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club to felicitate with one of their own as in the person of Lion Engr. Olabode whom is investiture as the 43^rd President of Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club. He adds that the INEC in Ondo State has shown her readiness of conducting the gubernatorial election come November 16^th, 2024. He adds again that he believes the governorship election shall be peaceful, free, fair and credible as Ondo State is known as sunshine and peaceful state. He goads all the electorate to come out on the election day to cast their votes for the candidates of their choice. 

Speaking with Iconblazamagazineonline the Director Health Care Development Agency, Pastor Dr. Solomon Adegeye states that they all came to Lagos from Akure, Ondo State to display solidarity to lion Engr. Olabode who is now the 43^rd President of Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club and also the RT. Hon speaker of the 10^th Assembly Ondo State RT. Hon Oladiji a.k.a Landmark as one of the special guests averring that he wishes his old classmate lion Engr. Olabode a peaceful tenure as he pilots the affairs of Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club for 2024-2025 lion year to a greater heights. Speaking with Iconblazemagazineonline Dr. Wale Adeniranye states that he and his old classmates of 1980-1985 set of St. Joseph Catholic College, Ondo State did come to show solidarity to lion Engr. Olabode who is one of their own adding that he wishes him all the blessings of God of Prophets and Apostles to shield, protect and provide for him and his Excos for a peaceful tenure. He adds that the powers that be have figuratively given education  a death kneel as he submits that the education they had is not what it is obtainable right now. He adds that the cost of education is on the rooftop which makes it extremely difficult for the downtrodden masses to get education. 

He submits that he is personally writing a book titled “POLICY, INSTRUMENT, CULTURE AND NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT”. Speaking with Iconblazemagazineonline Mrs. Marvellous Okeke Obiora of Nonyez Ventures who deals ON-CALL DIEABETE products or Machines states that her organization has been in partnership with Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club for pray pragmatic relationship and that she never knew that she would receive an award from Ikorodu Doyen Lions Club and again that the award shall spur her and organization to do more in rendering selfless and priceless services to mankind.

Speaking with iconblazamagazineonline Hon. Lion Princess Basirat Adetutu Banjoko, Igbogbo platinum Lions Club President states that all the monies generated from the investiture ceremony of lion Engr. Olabode shall be reinvested to the services of humanity as that is the core reasons of lions international mandate. The District Governor of District 404A3 Lion Dr. Folashade Shotomide pleasantly discharged her duties credibly as he handed out all awards to awardees and also performed the handling over ceremony from the outgoing lion Temitayo Odubanjo as the 42^nd President to Lion Engr. Olabode as the 43^rd President of Ikorodu Doyen Lions Clubs. She states that lions international clubs are in 205 nations globally where they all render unflinching services to humanity.
