MILESTONES: VERY REV. MSGR OSU CELEBRATES THREE SCORES, TEN IN A SERAPHIC MANNER

Speaking with his homily to the congregations at the Our Lady Star of The Sea Catholic Church, Lekki, Lagos, South West, Nigera Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Ehiedu of St. Stephen Catholic Church White Sand, Isheri Osun, Lagos states that Very Rev. MSGR Gabriel Sunday Osu celebrates his Three Scores and Ten in a seraphic manner where about 30 brother Priests and Rev. Sisters have celestially come to celebrate the grand 70^th Birthday celebrations with Very Rev. MSGR OSU, Parishioners, Family members, Friends and well wishers. 

Furthermore Rev. Fr. Ehiedu states that he is really, really, really grateful to God of Prophets and Apostles that he was Parish Assistant Priest to Very Rev. MSGR OSU for a period of Seven Years adding that those Seven Years were laced with challenges, but, he quickly averred that he learnt lots of principles of relating with fellow human beings due to all the basic doctrines he learnt from his boss Very Rev. MSGR Osu. 

He avers that Very Rev. MSGR Osu is a generous servant of God the Creator of Heavens and Earth. He submits that the birthday icon is a perfect gentleman who relates with all and sundry without qualms. He resonates that very Rev. MSGR Osu is uncommonly brilliant who uses his brilliances to speak the truth to the powers that be without fear or favor. 

He avers again that very Rev. MSGR Osu as a Former Director of Social Communications Lagos Archdiocese used the veritable platform to celestially and seraphically championed the ideals of Catholics to the entire universe. He adds that Very Rev. MSGR Osu is a debonair human being who is always smiling regardless whatever circumstances he finds himself. 

He tells the audience that Very Rev. MSGR Osu is always ready to assist all and sundry with seraphic prayers and as well as cash gifts no matter how small the cash gifts may be. He tells the congregations that Very Rev. MSGR Osu is the arrowhead who did bring back Catholic Heralds to Life and to God be the Glory that Catholic Heralds has quality publications of a hundred year running currently. 

He  tells the audience that Very Rev MSGR OSU is Administrator Par Excellence, a sport lover as he was one time Captain of his School Team where his classmates nicknamed (Osubobo). He tells the gathering that time and space shall dwarf him if he continues to reel out all great, good and outstanding qualities God Himself deposited upon the golden head of the birthday Icon. 

As he concluded his homily he seraphically prayed to the Trinity to continue to shield, protect, provide, sustain et’al Very Rev. MSGR Osu at all given times and he also prayed for all and sundry for God’s blessings. The goodwill and birthday wishes from the Metropolitan See of Lagos Archbishop Dr. Alfred Adewale Martins is delivered by Very Rev. MSGR Anthony Obalan while the Parish Priest of Our Lady Star of The Sea Catholic Church, Lekki, Lagos Rev. Fr. Wisdom Chikezie delivered the good will and birthday wishes from His Eminence Cardinal Anthony Olubunmi Okogie and as well as that of his parishioners. 

He also did give vote of thanks where he did spend a great deal of time of appreciating all and sundry that have done one good thing in bringing the huge successes, the 70^th Birthday of Very Rev. MSGR Osu recorded. The Archbishop of Minna Archdiocese Niger State Archbishop Martin Uzoukwu Igwe is the Chief Celebrant of the 70^th Birthday Thanksgiving Mass of Very. Rev. MSGR Osu. His Brother Priests assisted him in the celebrations of the Birthday Thanksgiving Mass.
